Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years of warehouse experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory or management experience.

Responsibilities

• Participates in recruitment of hourly warehouse staff.
• Plans, directs, schedules and assigns jobs for warehouse staff.
• Coaches and motivates staff to improve performance.
• Coordinates work activities with other departments to improve efficiency.
• Oversees cost control to strengthen gross profit and contribution.
• Maintains operational reliability of warehouse equipment with a third-party vendor and safeguards assets.
