Job summary

Icon Protection is seeking a Warehouse Manager to direct daily operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and finished goods. You will lead the warehouse and sundries teams, maintain accurate inventory, and promote a safe work environment in line with company policies.

You will partner with Production, Logistics, and Purchasing to support goals and optimize workflow. Responsibilities include supervising staff, improving procedures for safety and accuracy,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations with at least 2 in supervision.
• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and inventory management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP and MS Office; knowledge of OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff for high performance and safety/quality standards.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and coordinate with Production and Purchasing for timely delivery.
• Oversee shipping/receiving and ensure proper documentation and labeling.
• Plan projects and conduct annual performance reviews; enforce OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance for equipment upkeep and facility cleanliness.
• Travel domestically as required; operate vehicle and maintain valid driver license.
