Denver Cold Storage, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead the warehouse team and oversee daily operations at our Denver, PA facility. You will drive accuracy in inventory, ensure on-time shipments, and uphold safety and quality standards across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior management/leadership experience in a warehousing environment.
• 5+ years of experience in warehouse and logistics environment.
• Experience in logistics, warehousing, transportation, or similar operational environments.
• Strong problem solving, project management, organization, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day inventory and shipments of all orders.
• Manage the daily schedules of the trucks and dock operations.
• Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities to warehouse supervisors.
• Coordinate with upper management on shifting priorities and customer needs.
• Upkeep with plant equipment and training of new staff.
• Provide leadership and development to warehouse staff.
