Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
3–5 years of warehouse, inventory, logistics, or retail distribution experience.
Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
Experience in airport retail, bonded warehouse, luxury retail, or travel retail highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse procedures.
Experience using inventory management, warehouse management, POS, or ERP systems.
Excellent organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to lift and move merchandise as required and work on your feet for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inspection, storage, picking, packing, and distribution of merchandise.
Receive shipments and verify quantities, product descriptions, SKU numbers, expiration dates, and condition against purchase orders and delivery documents.
Ensure all merchandise is properly recorded, labeled, secured, and stored according to company policies and applicable customs regulations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure inventory movements are properly documented in the warehouse management system.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with store management to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
Conduct regular cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and stock reconciliations; investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Monitor high‑value, controlled, and sensitive merchandise and ensure appropriate security procedures are followed.
Organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency while maintaining easy access to products.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments with suppliers, freight companies, airport personnel, and relevant internal departments.
Ensure accurate documentation for transfers between warehouse, retail locations, and other facilities.
Monitor damaged, expired, returned, or defective merchandise and coordinate appropriate disposition.
Ensure warehouse operations comply with company policies, health and safety standards, security requirements, and applicable airport/customs regulations.
Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations.
Assign tasks and monitor employee performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence to procedures.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized warehouse at all times.
Report inventory shortages, overages, damages, security concerns, and operational issues to management promptly.
Work closely with Purchasing, Retail Operations, Finance, Security, and Customs/Compliance teams.
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, warehouse efficiency, stock availability, and operating costs.
Prepare regular inventory and warehouse activity reports for management.
