Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the warehouse, shipping/receiving, and inventory management. You will supervise team members, participate in hiring and performance reviews, and ensure schedules meet service targets.

Responsibilities include managing material flow, coordinating staffing levels, and driving lean improvements while maintaining adherence to processes and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years supervisory experience in a warehouse environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching of direct employees required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated Lean execution and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of material handling and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision of team members and participate in hiring and performance reviews.
• Execute schedules to maximize customer service levels.
• Manage material flow including storing and staging of shipments and receipts.
• Lead lean and workplace organization improvement activities; coach for sustainment.
