Job summary

Target Specialty Products is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead staff, drive efficient warehouse operations, and maintain inventory accuracy with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

You will supervise teams, manage receiving, storage, fulfillment, packing, and shipping, and work with customer service to ensure on-time delivery and high service levels. A bachelor’s degree and OSHA familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• Must maintain permits, registrations, and licenses as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff including supervisors.
• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations: receiving, storage, order fulfillment, packing, shipping.
• Oversee inventory control, stock levels, cycle counts, and loss prevention.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Ensure safety protocols and OSHA standards are followed; maintain equipment and certifications.
• Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and service providers.
• Monitor the warehouse budget and control costs while maintaining service levels.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve product availability and shipping issues.
• Build relationships with key customers and address inquiries about warehouse operations.
