Job summary

USNR, LLC in Woodland, WA is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe handling, inventory control, and timely shipping of parts, materials, and equipment. You will lead a warehouse team, enforce SOPs, and coordinate with production to maintain readiness for orders.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm. Salary range: $91k-$115,000 DOE. This role emphasizes leadership, continuous improvement, and strong collaboration with carriers to optimize logistics.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager role preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Experience working with ERP and/or WMS systems preferred.
• Strong background in domestic and international shipping preferred and knowledge of import/export rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, movement, inventory control, and shipping.
• Ensure safe handling of all parts and materials per SOPs and guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accountability via accurate location management and cycle counts.
• Develop and reinforce warehouse SOPs in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor Ready to Ship reports and production schedules to ensure timely shipments.
• Oversee inbound/outbound quality control and disposition of non-conforming parts.
• Provide status updates and performance reports to management; plan daily workloads.
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to smooth transitions to warehouse.
• Manage relationships with carriers and support process improvements, claims, and billing approvals.
• Ensure warehouse staff are trained to safely use tools, equipment, and handling equipment.
