Qualifications

Three or more years in warehouse/logistics with supervisory responsibility.
Forklift certification required or ability to obtain within 30 days.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in supply chain or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Direct day-to-day warehouse operations across receiving, put-away, picking, staging, shipping, and delivery.
Lead a team of ~10, set priorities, and ensure safety and efficiency.
Own inventory accuracy and develop cycle counting and variance reduction programs.
