Job summary

USNR is a leading forest products equipment manufacturer seeking a Warehouse Lead in Woodland, WA. You will manage a team of 4-6 professionals, ensuring safe, timely shipment and accurate documentation of outbound equipment and materials.

You will coordinate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, and project management to meet schedules, while tracking performance and driving improvements. The role requires strong leadership, experience in domestic and international shipping, and familiarity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a warehouse or logistics lead or similar position preferred.
• Strong background in domestic and international shipping.
• Understanding of export/import rules and regulations.
• Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 warehouse and logistics professionals.
• Ensure safe, timely shipment and accurate documentation of all outbound equipment, materials and products.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, sales, purchasing, project management, and other departments to arrange movement of materials and equipment to meet manufacturing and sales schedules.
• Maintain team performance metrics and work with team and managers on areas for improvement.
• Work with Warehouse Manager to maintain local relationships with carriers, including process improvements, resolving lost items, and claims.
