Renuity in Kent, WA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team. You will work under the Warehouse Manager to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control while keeping safety top priority.

Starting wage is $24/hr with potential to reach $26/hr based on experience. The role involves verifying materials against packing lists, operating a box truck when needed, and assisting with satellite facility operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years warehouse experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain.
• Experience driving a box truck.

Responsibilities

• Direct warehouse staff under the Warehouse Manager and prioritize safety.
• Monitor expenditures and identify variances to meet financial standards.
• Ensure shipment materials match packing lists before dispatch.
• Assist inventory and operations at satellite facilities.
• Drive a 16-foot box truck to satellite locations when needed.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving items in the warehouse.
