Job summary

Würth Industry North America is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead Shipping, Receiving, Stocking, Order Filling, and Cycle Counting. You will drive site performance and continuous improvement while guiding a large team to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Responsibilities include scheduling, staff development, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination with sales and purchasing. A strong emphasis on training, safety compliance, and process improvements is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in a distribution/warehouse or logistics role preferred.
• Material handling and forklift experience mandatory.
• Must maintain valid driver’s license, medical certification, and clean driving record.
• Experience motivating, developing, and directing people and managing multiple priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Requires lifting up to 80 pounds and working on concrete surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Plans work schedules and assigns duties to staff to meet workload.
• Interviews and provides feedback to HR and Warehouse Manager.
• Directs the warehouse team; hires, evaluates, and reviews performance and budgets.
• Leads a large team to achieve safety, productivity, and cost targets.
• Implements training and onboarding for new staff.
• Manages workforce planning and labor relations to meet operations.
• Coordinates with Sales and Purchasing on warehouse activities.
• Develops project plans and tracks progress.
• Ensures safety training and OSHA compliance; promotes safe work practices.
• Maintains equipment and coordinates repairs with vendors.
• Keeps warehouse clean, safe, and orderly; supports maintenance needs.
• Identifies process improvements to boost efficiency and quality.
• All other duties as assigned.
