Job summary

RCS Moving LLC in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations supporting residential and commercial moving services. You will drive inventory control, materials management, fleet readiness, and ensure safety and compliance with company standards.

The role provides hands-on leadership of warehouse staff and moving crews, maintains strict inventory records, labels items clearly, and ensures timely daily timesheets and documentation.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or operations management experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience managing residential storage, inventory, or materials.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations related to residential and commercial moving and storage.
• Maintain a clean, structured, and orderly warehouse environment at all times.
• Ensure all storage areas, vaults, racks, containers, and materials are clearly labeled and properly identified.
• Conduct daily opening and closing checks of the warehouse, including doors, units, equipment, and security systems.
• Prepare warehouse, trucks, and equipment each morning to ensure residential and commercial crews dispatch on time.
• Direct and monitor maintenance of warehouse and building equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, roll-up doors, lighting, and related assets.
• Review and approve warehouse paperwork, inventories, storage records, and documentation prior to submission.
• Ensure all warehouse employees complete daily timesheets accurately and on time.
• Promote and enforce all safety policies, warehouse procedures, and residential handling standards.
• Lead, train, and develop warehouse staff, residential crews, and commercial crews to meet performance and safety standards.
