Job summary

Valley Interior Systems is seeking a Warehouse Manager for our Indianapolis, IN operation. The role focuses on reliable receipt, storage, organization and distribution of supplies for construction projects.

You will monitor inventory, coordinate deliveries, and ensure safety and efficiency across warehouse processes. Ideal candidates will have 2–4 years in a similar role, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in warehouse management or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid Driver's License, Forklift Certification, pass DOT Physical.

Responsibilities

• Accurately document and fulfill requests for materials to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor and inspect inventory to support project site requirements.
• Schedule maintenance and repairs of facilities and equipment to ensure safety.
• Develop relationships and coordinate with vendors for reliable supplies.
• Oversee deliveries and ensure order accuracy and traceability.

Education

HSD or GED; college preferred but not required
