Job summary

CSafe Global is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our Indianapolis hub. The role reports to operations leadership and oversees daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inbound/outbound processing and inventory control.

You will lead a small team, coordinate with drivers and internal departments, and ensure safety and quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment. The work schedule is Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM EST.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a supervisory/lead role.
• 3+ years’ experience in a warehouse, inventory, material handling or operations environment.
• 1+ year of forklift operating experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, internet, email).
• Read, speak and understand English; strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming containers and prepare outgoing containers for shipment, including cleaning, inspecting, charging and testing.
• Interact with drivers during delivery and release of containers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation (BOLs, acceptance and release notifications).
• Monitor inventory and enter information in inventory systems.
• Operate simple warehouse equipment (pallet jack, floor cleaners).
• Load and unload trucks with forklifts; move and stack inventory.
• Conduct EH&S and 5S inspections as directed.
• Maintain facilities and equipment in clean, safe condition; follow SOPs.
• Oversee daily operations and warehouse staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Provide training and implement updated processes; conduct daily team meetings.
• Complete documentation; perform other duties as assigned.
