Job summary

A leading packaged goods company in Indianapolis is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee operations within the distribution center. The role includes supervising Warehouse Supervisors, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining adherence to food safety standards. Candidates should have 3-6 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s in Business or Logistics Management, and strong leadership skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of three to six years of experience in operations management.
• Hands-on warehouse experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Warehouse safety regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Warehouse Supervisors and oversee inventory accuracy.
• Manage all labor expenses and monitor weekly Payroll.
• Conduct performance management activities, including appraisals.
