Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing complex WMS systems.
• 6+ years of experience in logistics or warehouse environments.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operational projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WMS configuration, maintenance, and optimization for throughput.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement system modifications and upgrades.
• Direct end-to-end warehouse operations including inventory accuracy, shipping, receiving, and RMA processing.
• Optimize labor scheduling and resource allocation to meet KPIs and service goals.
• Champion safety by managing equipment certifications, forklift training, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and purchasing to synchronize supply chain activities.
• Execute cycle counts and month-end reconciliations to ensure inventory integrity.
