Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to manage daily operations at the Indianapolis Distribution Center. You will oversee inventory control, lead a team of support staff, and ensure accuracy across cycle counts and related processes.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, teamwork, and productivity. On-site work in Indianapolis requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and proficiency with warehouse systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ industry experience required.
• College/University degree preferred.
• Personnel management experience required.
• WMS/TWL experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution staff in inventory control, quality, problem resolution, and posting.
• Interview, selection, and train warehouse and team lead personnel
• Plan inventory operations, establishing priorities and sequences for accurately inventorying products
• Coordinate cycle count program for inventory control teams ensuring cycle count goals are maintained.
• Report on any inventory adjustments, inventory accuracy, or major variances related to inventory.
• Ensure the team meets expectations of position based on our pillars of performance: Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Productivity.
• Lead entire Support department occasionally to cover management
• Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities.
