Job summary

Legends Global is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to oversee daily Support Department operations at the Indianapolis Distribution Center, with a focus on inventory control, processing, verification and record keeping. Responsibilities include hiring and training Support Team Members, improving inventory accuracy, and coordinating cycle counts to meet goals.

The role requires strong leadership, organization, and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50

Qualifications

• 4 years industry experience required.
• College/University degree preferred.
• Personnel management experience required.
• WMS/TWL experience a plus.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise distribution staff engaged in support areas including inventory control, quality, problem resolution, and posting.
• Interview, selection, and train warehouse and team lead personnel
• Plan inventory operations, establishing priorities and sequences for accurately inventorying products
• Coordinate cycle count program for inventory control teams ensuring cycle count goals are maintained
• Report on any inventory adjustments, inventory accuracy, or major variances related to inventory.
• Ensure the team meets expectations of position based on our pillars of performance: Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Productivity.
• Lead entire Support department occasionally to cover management
• Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities.
• Other duties may be assigned.
