Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will implement efficient workflows, manage labor plans, and drive safety, quality, and productivity across the operation.

The role emphasizes KPI reporting, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and site leadership to hire top talent and meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports by providing coaching, guidance, and support as needed, while developing a strong team culture of inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Uphold compliance with health and safety regulations and foster a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics, to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency, alignment, and teamwork.
• Partner with HR and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process for Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders and exceed expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
