DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse supervisory team and optimize warehouse processes. You will drive efficiency, ensure safety, and partner with HR for hiring top talent. This role focuses on achieving strong KPIs while maintaining customer satisfaction across our network.

The position emphasizes coaching, cross-functional collaboration, and continuous improvement within DHL's global logistics leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
1+ years logistics industry experience required.
2+ years in a supervisory or management role required.
Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports with coaching and support.
Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity.
Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
Compile reports on KPIs to drive informed decisions and continuous improvement.
Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
Partner with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligning with company values.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Engage with customers to address issues and improve satisfaction.
