The role emphasizes coaching, KPI reporting, and collaboration with HR and site leadership to hire top talent and optimize operations. A strong focus on continuous improvement and team development is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 1+ years logistics industry experience (required).
• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience (required).
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, fostering inclusion and belonging.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardized processes, and best practices to boost productivity and reduce costs.
• Uphold health and safety regulations, encouraging a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs such as productivity and accuracy to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates for transparency and teamwork.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership to hire Supervisors aligned with company values and requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
• Partner with customers to address concerns and drive exceptional customer satisfaction.
