Job summary

Arvato Bertelsmann is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Kentucky to manage labor and equipment in a high-volume warehouse. You will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution while coaching shifts and ensuring on-time order fulfillment.

You will train staff, optimize processes, and maintain safety, quality, and KPI reporting. A strong background in SAP/WMS and leadership is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of Supervisory experience in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Knowledge of picking, packing, and shipping tasks.
• SAP or equivalent WMS systems experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Hire and train new employees for the department.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of floor staff and monitor functions.
• Receive and transfer materials.
• Monitor KPIs and performance of associates.
• Ensure procedures and quality processes are followed.
• Maintain equipment and supplies for the department.
• Adhere to customer shipping requirements and 5S standards.
