The position requires 1–3 years of supervisory experience, strong communication, and solid computer skills. Working hours are typically full-time with potential peak-season overtime.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of supervisory experience required (warehouse or distribution center preferred).
• Excellent interpersonal, team-building, delegating and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work with and maintain effective relationships with other departments.
• Effective communication (oral and written).
• Competent in basic mathematical calculations.
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to work in Windows-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily scheduling of warehouse personnel to ensure proper staffing for shipping and receiving.
• Direct day-to-day activities of the warehouse, including shipping, receiving, maintenance, and inventory control.
• Oversee storage, receiving errors, staging of products, and rotation of inventories.
• Maintain warehouse equipment with preventive maintenance and report repairs.
• Ensure safety programs and OSHA compliance; train associates on SOPs.
