Job summary

Fetch Package in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day site operations and act as frontline leader for drivers, associates, and 1099 contractors. This hourly role keeps the floor moving—allocating labor, directing workflow, and upholding the Fetch standard.

You will work with the Warehouse Manager to execute daily plans and coach the team to deliver an outstanding resident experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations with supervisory or team lead exposure.
• Proficient with technology platforms to manage workflow; Fetch WMS experience preferred.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills; able to lead a team on shift.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch.
• Lead pre-shift and mid-shift meetings and assign duties.
• Monitor safety, conduct vehicle inspections, and enforce standards.
• Coordinate with Warehouse Manager and contractors to improve efficiency.
