Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, supervisory training, and prior warehouse supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or 3–5 years warehouse supervisory experience.
• Completion of a supervisory training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise warehouse activities to ensure safe, efficient operations and productivity.
• Plan staffing to cover vacations, holidays, and shift fill-ins; coordinate personnel accordingly.
• Coach staff on safety, policy adherence, and performance standards.
