Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading warehouse teams and directing day-to-day operations.
• Ability to recruit, train, and develop staff and manage performance evaluations.
• Solid working knowledge of warehouse management systems and related processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety rules to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Lead warehouse management team and warehouse associates to meet goals.
• Coordinate receiving, slotting, shipping, and inventory accuracy with other RDC departments.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
• Maintain equipment security and appearance and optimize productivity with WMS configurations.
• Provide leadership for staff development and associate relations across operations.
