Job summary

Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking an experienced warehouse supervisor to oversee day warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receiving, replenishment and storage of inbound products. You will direct staff, coordinate with third party unloaders and maintain QA standards including HACCP documentation.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED (business/supply chain degree preferred) and a supervisory mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• 2- or 4-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain preferred.
• 1–3 years related experience and/or training.
• Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily work and safety of employees in receiving, replenishing and storing inbound products.
• Manages Will Call; replenishment, selection and loading while maintaining temperature controls and QA.
• Monitors labor hours and consumables within budget.
• Prepares work schedules and shifts as needed.
• Coordinates repairs and audits, ensures HACCP and food safety documentation.
• Coordinates with third party unloaders and inbound scheduling for efficiency.
• Trains new associates and cross-trains existing staff.
• Enforces safety policies and conducts associate observations and investigations when needed.
