Qualifications

• Must be able to lead and manage a warehouse team including safety and performance.
• Strong communication and training skills required to develop staff and enforce policies.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and basic math for planning and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety rules to reduce accidents and injuries.
• Hire, train, develop, evaluate, and ensure accountability of warehouse staff.
• Lead with effective, accountable leadership for daily operations.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment and comply with OSHA and company policies.
• Coordinate with Transportation, HR, Administration to ensure efficient product flow.
• Manage receiving, slotting, and shipping procedures and accuracy.
