The role leads a 10-person team, driving continuous improvement of supply chain strategies, inventory accuracy, and collaboration with Quality Assurance. Manufacturing experience and SAP/WMS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid warehouse operations experience in manufacturing.
• At least 2 years of warehouse leadership experience.
• Knowledge of a warehouse management system; SAP planned.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 10 warehouse associates.
• Develop and implement supply chain strategies and KPIs.
• Oversee inventory control and finished goods shipping.
• Ensure regulatory compliance in shipping/warehousing.
• Coordinate with Quality Assurance to resolve issues and validate records.
• Lead WMS and shipping process optimizations.
