Qualifications

• 1–2 years leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (fulfillment or e-commerce).
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Strong conflict resolution and team dynamics management.
• Data-driven mindset with KPI monitoring and adjustment.
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and train team members with coaching and performance feedback.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments, merchandise organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Develop and implement production schedules and allocate resources for on-time completion.
• Monitor operations and prepare detailed performance reports for management.
• Foster open, inclusive communication and escalate issues as needed.
