Job summary

Maersk Warehousing & Distribution Services USA LLC is seeking candidates for Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution. The role focuses on inventory and warehouse activities, ensuring accuracy, safety, and timely distribution across the network.

Responsibilities include leading teams, applying SOPs, training on WMOS/SAP/WorldShip, and coordinating inbound/outbound shipments with customer service. This on-site position requires forklift certification and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehousing and distribution operations.
• Ability to lift 40–75 pounds and operate forklifts safely.
• Forklift certification is required.
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct others, assign workload and monitor progress.
• Follow safety rules, PPE, and site policies at all times.
• Verify shipping/receiving docs and update internal systems.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments with customer service.
• Unload/load cargo and equipment as required.
• Train colleagues on systems and SOPs.
