Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking an Operations Team Lead to oversee the Warehouse & Logistics center, driving daily operations in a cost-efficient manner and ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met.

The ideal candidate will lead a team, mentor staff, monitor KPIs, organize shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy, while coordinating with the Operations Supervisor to train and escalate issues as needed. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in warehouse or logistics
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Forklift certification is a plus
• Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and stand/walk for long periods

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing inbound/outbound shipments and inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with the Operations Supervisor to train staff and address issues for smooth communication.
• Ensure productivity, quality, and KPI-based reporting through mentorship and detailed operational reports
