Qualifications

• Experience with inventory control and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound, outbound and local logistics teams daily.
• Direct technicians in order picking, barcode scanning, staging and labeling.
• Ensure proper receipt and processing of returned rental orders.
• Assist with order pulls, returns and truck loading/unloading.
• Act as Local Logistics Dispatcher when needed.
• Adjust personnel schedules with Operations Managers to meet demand.
• Review local customer orders to confirm equipment availability.
• Communicate shortages to National Sales and Logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory control processes and safe, clean work areas.
• Mentor staff and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Handle required paperwork accurately.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
