Responsibilities

• Coordinate Inbound, Outbound and Local Logistics teams daily.
• Direct technicians in preparing customer equipment rental orders, including picking, labeling and staging.
• Ensure proper receipt and processing of returned equipment orders.
• Assist with order pulls, returns and truck loading/unloading when required.
• Serve as Local Logistics Dispatcher when necessary.
• Adjust personnel schedules with Operations Managers to meet demand.
• Review local customer orders to ensure equipment availability for rental.
• Communicate equipment shortages to National Sales and Logistics teams.
• Maintain inventory levels through cycle counting and scheduling.
• Mentor staff and enforce policies and procedures.
