Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or business administration preferred.
• 5+ years of proven warehouse management/leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; team leadership.
• Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities; attention to safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations: receiving, storage, shipping, and fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records; prevent shortages or excess.
• Recruit, train, and manage warehouse staff; schedule and supervise performance.
• Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed; conduct safety training.
