Job summary

Rentex is seeking an Inventory Coordinator at our Florida branch to manage incoming rental equipment, verify orders, and prepare items for delivery. This role emphasizes accuracy, high-volume email communication, and biannual inventory cycles, with strong Excel skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

You will collaborate with other Rentex locations and report to the warehouse leadership team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive new rental inventory and verify it matches the order.
• Prepare equipment for rental according to Rentex protocols.
• Conduct cyclical inventory and address inquiries from other Rentex locations.
• Perform biannual inventory; ensure complete kits and reallocate assets as needed.
• Collaborate with National Asset Coordinator to resolve inventory issues and optimize resources.
• Support warehouse leadership and participate in weekend/on-call duties if required.
