Responsibilities

Manage warehouse associates, monitor performance and ensure safe use of equipment.
Coordinate reception of materials and ensure proper sorting, labeling, and storage per company standards.
Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.
Establish warehouse practices and protocols to achieve an efficient warehouse.
Ensure employees are trained on SOPs, equipment, all unit operations and systems.
Coach and discipline the warehouse team; communicate job expectations and review contributions; enforce policies and procedures.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment and follow safety procedures by complying with company procedures and policies.
Work under the guidance of the Operations Manager to perform and complete the assigned duties in a timely manner.
