ChargeTronix in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a hands-on Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead daily warehouse operations, oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory control, and drive process improvements. Formación

• 3+ years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, logistics, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
• Experience using inventory management systems, ERP systems, WMS platforms, or similar software.
• Experience performing cycle counts, physical inventory counts, and inventory reconciliations.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring the facility is organized, clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
• Oversee all shipping and receiving activities, including receiving, inspecting, staging, storing, packing, labeling, and preparing materials for shipment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure all inventory movements are properly recorded.
• Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate shortages, excess inventory, damaged materials, and discrepancies to the appropriate teams.
• Maintain an organized warehouse layout with proper labeling, storage, and identification of materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Operations, Project Management, and Service teams to ensure materials are available for projects and field operations.
• Prepare and stage materials and equipment for installation, service, and other operational needs.
• Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation, including purchase orders, packing slips, bills of lading, and inventory records.
• Coordinate with freight carriers, vendors, and third-party logistics providers as needed.
• Manage the use and organization of warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Ensure warehouse activities are performed in accordance with company safety procedures and applicable requirements.
• Develop and improve warehouse and inventory processes to increase efficiency, accuracy, and accountability.
• Track and report inventory levels, discrepancies, receiving activity, and other warehouse-related information to management.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse organization, inventory controls, workflows, and use of space.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping, receiving, inventory, and material-related issues.
• Provide direction and support to warehouse personnel as the team and warehouse operations grow.
• Other duties as assigned.
