Job summary

Medline Industries, LP seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations, ensuring safe, efficient receiving, storage and shipping nationwide. You will direct a team, drive safety, accountability and continuous improvement while optimizing space and equipment care.

Requires 3+ years in supervision and 3+ years warehouse experience; high school diploma or equivalent (associates preferred). Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• 3+ years of warehouse experience with basic skill level.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies.
• Ensure overtime is within budget and inventory accuracy is maintained.
• Audit goods received; account for materials in stores facilities.
• Coach and mentor team on productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Support hiring, firing and performance reviews; ensure safe work environment.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
