Job summary

Medline is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packaging and shipping of supplies and equipment. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety and adherence to procedures, while overseeing staff and reporting performance.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Warehouse experience required.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee daily warehouse operation including processing, packaging and storage.
• Oversee receipt, storage and shipment of materials and related reporting and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety and Medline values.
• Assist the warehouse manager in maintaining a safe work environment.
• Lead day-to-day activities, monitor progress and support hiring and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with customer service to resolve warehouse issues.
