Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities under the supervision of the Operations Supervisor. The role focuses on directing work assignments and ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

You will work closely with shift leadership, oversee receiving, put-away, picking, loading, and train staff on SOPs. Proficiency with Warehouse Management System and MS Office is expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment under pressure.
• Accurate data entry for daily inventory reports.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities with the Operations Supervisor.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff and ensure safety standards.
• Provide daily hands-on support in material handling and forklift duties.
• Promote safety, quality, and productivity goals within the team.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain organized, clean, and safe warehouse conditions and inventory labeling.
