Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities and supervise staff under the Operations Supervisor. You will direct assignments, support material handling, and ensure efficient, safe operation of all processes.

The role emphasizes safety, process improvements, accurate reporting, and training. A high school diploma and warehouse experience, plus familiarity with WMS and Office apps, are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and stay composed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.

Responsibilities

• Work with shift leadership to meet goals.
• Oversee and coordinate receiving, put-away, picking, and loading.
• Direct work assignments to warehouse staff.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift tasks.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Suggest process improvements to the supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Report and address issues to management; help solve problems.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and work instructions.
• Keep warehouse clean and organized; manage inventory labeling and staging.
• Store products properly and maintain security.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
