Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1–5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting.
• Experience operating Warehouse Management Systems (prefer Manhattan).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to plan and adjust staffing to meet daily goals.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develops shipping/receiving schedules to meet daily goals.
• Supervises warehouse personnel and assigns work based on skills.
• Oversees inbound/outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensures equipment is used efficiently and coordinated maintenance.
• Leads safety programs and OSHA compliance across shifts.
• Maintains timekeeping records and end-of-shift reporting.
