NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities. The role reports to the Operations Supervisor and directs work assignments to staff, ensuring efficiency, safety, and cost objectives are met.

Responsibilities include overseeing receiving, put away, picking, and loading; training staff on SOPs; and maintaining accurate inventory with a focus on continuous process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

• Assist in coordinating and supervising warehouse activities daily.
• Oversee receiving, put away, picking, and loading processes.
• Direct work assignments to employees and provide hands-on support.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Train staff on SOPs and work instructions.
• Maintain organized, clean, and secure warehouse operations.
• Communicate issues and ideas to management for process improvements.
• Support staging and inventory reporting activities.
