Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities. You will direct work assignments, support material handling and forklift operations, and drive safety, quality, and efficiency across the team.

Responsibilities include collaborating with shift leadership, optimizing receiving/put away/picking/loading, training staff, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and stay calm under stress.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with shift leadership to reach goals.
• Oversee and coordinate receiving, put away, picking, and loading.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide daily hands-on Material Handling and forklift support.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Suggest process improvements to supervisor.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external partners.
• Identify problems and help find solutions.
• Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.
• Train employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Keep warehouse clean, organize inventory, labels, staging orders.
• Ensure product is stored safely and correctly.
• Assist in warehouse security.
• Additional duties as assigned.
