NFI Industries is seeking a Warehouse Operations Lead to coordinate and supervise daily warehouse activities under the direction of the Operations Supervisor. You will direct work assignments, support material handling, and drive safety, quality, and productivity goals within a fast-paced environment.

The role requires experience in warehousing, WMS proficiency, and strong organizational skills. We offer a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, and parental leave.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle changing priorities and exercise good judgment under stress.
• Good visual acuity to inspect shipments.
• Ability to input data to create daily inventory reports.
• Accuracy in recordkeeping, sorting, counting and verifying items received.
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and self-motivation skills.
• MHE experience or willingness to learn MHE.
• Attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Work closely with shift leadership to achieve shift goals.
• Oversee and coordinate warehouse processes including receiving, put away, picking, and loading of products.
• Direct work assignments to employees.
• Provide hands-on support in material handling and forklift operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.
• Brainstorm and suggest process improvements to the supervisor.
• Communicate with internal and external partners professionally.
• Report issues to management and help solve problems.
• Ensure safe operation of all material handling equipment.
• Train new and current employees on SOPs and WIs.
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized; manage inventory labeling, sweeping, and staging for delivery.
• Ensure proper storage and security of products.
• Assist in other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
