Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Warehouse Operations supervisor to lead a team of 20+ associates and ensure timely distribution of products. You will monitor productivity, coach staff, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include daily scheduling, coordinating maintenance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Weekend hours may be required; strong ERP experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience leading a team.
• Experience working within ERPs (SAP or Manhattan) preferred.
• Responsible for attendance/PTO records and scheduling.
• Staff accountability for safety and compliance with Cardinal Health rules.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages a team of 20+ warehouse associates to achieve timely distribution of products and motivate employees.
• Monitors site productivity standards and enforces daily/weekly/monthly metrics.
• Adheres to budgetary guidelines and meets distribution objectives while maintaining quality and inventory standards.
• Drives continuous improvement projects and initiatives.
• Performs daily scheduling of the workforce to ensure proper staffing for picking, replenishing, restocking, locating, and shipping.
