Cardinal Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader to supervise a 15+ member team and ensure safe, efficient inbound receipt, stocking and shipping of materials. You will coordinate daily activities, uphold quality standards, and align team performance with facility goals while managing payroll and conflict resolution.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, attention to detail, and strong communication to drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced distribution

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience, preferred.
• College degree, highly preferred.
• 3-5 years of relatable DC/warehouse work experience, highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Leadership skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to be on call during weekends and off hours as required by the business.
• Must be people focused and dedicated to the leadership of a direct and expanded team.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology, preferred.
• Experience with Labor Management Systems, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating a team to assist in inbound receipt of materials, stocking, returns, ensuring safety and quality.
• Leading a team of 15+ individuals and organizing staff for daily operations.
• Guide team through conflict resolution and complex situations.
• Demonstrating working knowledge of operations and warehousing.
• Performing other management requests aligned with business needs.
• Developing and educating the team to reach maximum potential.
• Managing payroll times and workforce to meet standards.
