Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Lead Associate, Warehouse Operations to support the warehouse supervisor and drive efficient operations on the floor. You will coordinate inbound shipments, scheduling, and staff direction while maintaining quality and timely order fulfillment.

The role emphasizes collaboration with warehouse teams, accurate data reporting, and adherence to safety and process standards in a fast-paced packaging and distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• 4+ years of experience preferred.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) required; Order Selector and Reach preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows SOPs to assess inventory levels, submit orders, and audit warehouse operations.
• Directs workflows on the warehouse floor including unloading, receiving, put away, and delivery scheduling.
• Analyzes data and reports on productivity to gauge performance against targets.
• Coordinates with Warehouse Supervisors to align on inventory priorities and objectives.
• Assists in inbound workload forecasting to optimize labor utilization.
• Supports in inventory management, stocking, and shipping as needed.
