The role requires 3–5 years of DC/warehouse experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and RF technology. Weekend/on-call duties may be required, with comprehensive benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of related DC/warehouse experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of 15+ individuals.
• Coordinating a team to assist inbound receipt, stocking, returns, and safety.
• Demonstrating attention to detail and process understanding.
• Knowledge of operations and warehousing principles.
• Performing other facility management requests as needed.
• Educating and developing the team to reach potential.
• guiding team through conflict resolution and payroll timing.
